We are open, but not necessarily staffed, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Staffed hours are:
Monday to Wednesday – 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM
Thursday and Friday – 5:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Not staffed on Sundays.

Passes, at $20 for a Day Pass and $50 for a Week Pass with the option to rent a key fob for $25 and receive deposit back when fob is returned. To establish a day or week pass, you must call in advance to setup. We are a 24-hour establishment for members only. If you opt to rent a fob, you may have 24 hour access.
Through years of experience, courses, and certifications, we have gained the expertise to make your exercise plan a prescription, formulated to suit your body: where it is now and where you want to go. We believe in the process we’ve spent our careers developing, and we believe in you.
We’ll be with you for the hour in the gym, of course, but we’re there to help as needed throughout the other 23 hours of the day. We help with meal plans, recovery routines, supplements – the whole picture. More than trainers, we’re coaches and partners.
