Parkinson’s disease

About 10 years ago, one of Mark’s clients developed Parkinson’s Disease. Determined to help him fight, Mark became a specialist and is certified to work with those facing the Parkinson’s challenge. The most important to know is that regular, intense exercise is the best way to slow the development of symptoms. Mark’s understanding of Parkinson’s, his reputation for dedication (he even makes house calls) and working as part of a health team have led many Parkinson’s clients to him. He even travels to other cities to help formulate personalized exercise plans tailored to the needs of Parkinson’s patients.
