This is another in the series of Sacha’s recipes for how to love food and get fit at the same time!
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground chicken or turkey (antibiotic/hormone free)
3 egg whites
1 cup old fashioned quaker oats
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
2 tsp dry yellow mustard
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp chipotle pepper spices
1 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp organic garlic powder or minced
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Spray muffin pan with organic olive oil spray
Mix all your ingredients together in one large bowl
Roll the mixture into balls and place in muffin pan
Bake for 30 min
Makes 12 muffins
